The team was able to accommodate my very special requests and they managed to deliver an amazing result that exceeded my expectations. Communication was perfect and everyone on the team was beyond amazing in helping me design the perfect custom cut stone. Shipped on time and everything was done according to my wishes and requests. 100% recommended without a doubt. Will be buying again soon!

I went online to find my girlfriend a necklace for the Christmas Holidays and saw this absolutely gorgeous Gem. I had some questions such as if I could fix the gem to a setting so I contacted support, and one of their team members (Hunter) got back to me very quickly and took great care to walk me through that process and the pricing as well as how long it would take. I ended up landing on this gold chain setting which i thought fit the stone well.
