​New rings receive one re-sizing within 60 days of receipt.

​Warranty Eligibility:

  • Please be sure the ring, gemstone, and/or diamond have not been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions and chemicals.
  • An abused, altered, or incorrectly cleaned ring is not eligible for a repair within warranty.
  • The ring needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not-transferable.

Note: As each piece is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, slight variations in color are to be expected and are not viewed as a defect.
